Office Executive
Job Description
The Office Executive is a pivotal role to provide cross-departmental support and ensure the smooth running of the Institution’s activities. This hands-on role entails being one of the main points of contact for the Institution’s Partners, taking ownership to ensure all students are enrolled, the student platforms are updated, and all assessments are delivered in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the position, the individual will also be assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy office and providing assistance with student admissions and marketing.
Qualifications and Experience
- Higher education studies in a related field. An undergraduate degree would be preferred, but not required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience of working within an office environment in a customer-facing role.
Key Skills
- Highly organised and detail-orientated.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English. Additional languages a plus.
- High level of professionalism and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Able to work well within a team, taking initiative and ownership of the role.
Familiarity with software such as Quartz, Canvas, Turnitin and WordPress an advantage.
Previous experience in an educational setting would be desirable, however training will be provided.
