Organisational Culture and Collaboration
The Organisational Culture and Collaboration course explores organisational culture and how it shapes business practices, team collaboration, and overall performance. Students analyse shared values, norms, and behaviours, and their impact on decision-making, leadership, and employee engagement. Furthermore, the course addresses collaboration in culturally diverse teams, focusing on managing conflict, stakeholder relationships, and guiding cultural change to enhance trust, cohesion, and productivity.
The Organisational Culture and Collaboration Course forms part of the Diploma in Business Level 4 (MQFL5) . Students can continue with the Diploma at a later stage as part of their academic progression.
The entry requirements for the Organisational Culture and Collaboration course are as follows:
- 4 O’ Levels including English and Mathematics
- MQF Level 4 Certificate or equivalent
