Sales & Admissions Officer
STC is looking for a dynamic, people-focused Sales & Admissions Officer to join our team and play a key role in attracting, supporting and enrolling students into our programmes.
This is a varied role that combines student recruitment, sales, admissions and campus support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting targets and helping prospective students turn their educational ambitions into reality.
The Role
As a Sales & Admissions Officer, you will be responsible for developing new student enquiries, nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, and guiding applicants throughout the admissions journey.

- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable managing multiple enquiries and priorities simultaneously
- Professional and confident when representing an educational institution
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments
- Comfortable working occasional evenings and travelling internationally for education fairs
Previous experience in sales, admissions, education, student recruitment or customer-facing roles will be considered an asset.
Fluent in both English and Maltese are essential
